2. The return request is initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
3. The item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
4. The item is not listed under non-returnable items (as listed below).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Gift cards
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Personal care items
- Sale or clearance items (if not damaged or defective)
- Items purchased during special promotions or events

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Clearly, label the package with the provided RMA number.
3. Pack the item securely, ensuring it meets the return eligibility criteria.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item received is defective or damaged.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item as per the return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
